RESPECT Nigeria sponsorship program continues under the leadership of the country coordinator, Francis Abayomi. Two Girls of Oru Refugee Primary School, Oru, Ijebu - Ode and Princess Reeds were given school bags, textbooks and exercise books. The sponsor of these educational materials is Victor Amos a RESPECT Nigeria Volunteer and the Coordinator for the Children Rights Agenda in Abeokuta, Ogun state. Victor is a student of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and he is studying Accounting.
RESPECT Nigeria Refugee News Update!
On December 9, 2005, there was a combine graduation, The Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) Secretariat School, JDPC vocational School, Human Rights Seminar, and the 842 computer training center. Students of RESPECT University and volunteers with RESPECT Nigeria are also students of the various above named institutions at the refugee camp are also graduates. Most especially the RESPECT Nigeria camp coordinator Mikado F. Wayko who graduated from the computer school and JDPC secretarial School and RESPECT Nigeria camp assistance coordinator in person of Orlando Karmon, a graduate of JDPC secretarial School and Human Right Training, while Lydia Tulay and Denzu Kowou graduated respectively from the JDPC secretarial school.

Repatriation
UNHCR Nigeria has commenced the repatriation process of more than 400 refugees and resettlements of various nationals such as the Liberians, Congolese and sierra Leonean. also more than 50 family heads will be resettled in United States of America, 14 have already be resettled.
Our RESPECT Nigeria camp coordinator Mikado F. Wayko is one of the refugees that will be returning to his own country Liberia on the 19th of December 2005. Mikado has since handed over to his assistant camp coordinator on RESPECT Nigeria/International issues on camp.
