The four men with different skin colours represent human variance. In the picture, they are cooperating to build a bridge and paving effort, as the support of the bridge, which is made of various countries' flags. The pigeons are assisting them to construct the bridge. There are fiendish waves trying to destroy the bridge, however, they are not successful.

This picture means if we respect people who are different from us, work hard together with a peaceful heart to prevent war, the borders among every breed of human will be crossed, a new world will be stretched.
